We’ve recently started using JSM and we have found they return excellent products for shoe modification and bespoke milled orthoses. Quick turn around and reasonable pricing for a quality service. They are quite switched on in the admin too, which is an area many suppliers fall down on – makes things much more efficient and confident..

Please can you pass onto the factory a big well done! I know these pairs weren’t a completely straight forward manufacture, but a really good job was done for both and I’m thoroughly impressed. They were a big success and I am grateful to the team who made them (and with a good turnaround!)

This pair of surgical boots have been satisfactory as they have been my footwear for the past 3 years possibly more. Since I have been wearing them my ulcers have got much better

After terrible workmanship from another company I was recommended to try you by a high street cobbler, I started using you and I would estimate that I have had 9 or 10 RT Shoes adapted by now. Your service has always been beyond reproach, the workmanship is amazing and I have never had any problems. Today I collected my latest adapted trainer and, as always, it’s superb. Since I was 17 my left leg has been considerably shorter than my right leg, over many years I have struggled to find a medical shoe raise that works, lasts and looks good. Finally I found one. The raise on my shoe done by Jane Saunders and Manning Ltd, is strong, safe, very subtle to look at and lovely and light to walk with!! I am absolutely delighted with my shoes and the excellent overall service! Thank you.

Extremely helpful and friendly company. Needed some special shoes after a knee replacement that left me with one leg shorter than the other. After an assessment at the factory, they have converted several pairs of shoes for me with a riser on one shoe. This has made walking so much easier. The company has been very helpful and with very reasonable prices.
