Q: How much will made to measure shoes cost?
We can generally give a rough quotation over the telephone but an exact price can only be determined after the initial consultation.

Q: Do I need a visit to your premises?
Yes. For a pair of custom-made footwear it is usually three visits.

Q: How long will they take to make?
From the first visit to a fitting stage it would be 4 weeks. From the fitting stage to completion another two weeks.

Q: Will they look right?
Using the new technology it allows footwear to be more stylish but always being mindful of the fact we are working within the limits of what is technically possible.

Q: Is there anywhere to park?
Yes, we have our own parking facilities at the rear of our premises.

Q: Could you copy the style of a pair of my existing footwear or a style from a magazine?
Yes in respect of the style. However, the construction might be different, if for example it had an injection moulded sole and heel unit or to simplify, a sole that is moulded in/onto the upper part of the shoe. We will be happy to discuss your requirements.

Q: If I have one leg shorter than the other do I need to buy made to measure shoes?
No, we are able to adapt your exisitng footwear, we call this a Micro Raise

Q: Can you add a Micro Raise to a Nike Air Trainer?
No, if we split this sole it would loose it’s functionality as a pressurised air soled trainer.

Q: Where is the nearest railway / bus station?
We are situated between Thornton Heath and Norbury. The nearest train station will be Norbury. We are situated on the 109 and 60 bus route.

Q: Where abouts are you?
